Thank You

To anyone dropping by to check on updates for the latest Babylon 5 Rewatch update, I must offer my sincerest apologies.

I have been giving this a lot of thought and I have decided to permanently stop updating this blog.

The thing is that it started out as a way to make sure I was writing at least a little bit five days a week. If you've been following for a while, I am sure you've noticed how much the content has dropped over the past several months.

A large part of that is because I am writing again, regularly. But I am writing fiction (both my own and fan fiction), and this blog isn't really the best forum for sharing that.

One of my main goals for the new year is to get on top of better managing my time and finding a good balance of family life, other responsibilities, and things I am doing for myself.

As much as I enjoy doing the rewatch posts, those have become something of a chore. They are a massive investment of time and when I start to think about doing them each week, I tend to get extremely stressed out about it. That was never the purpose of this blog. It was to be a fun thing for me and a way to keep up the writing.

Since it is neither one of those things anymore, I think that is a pretty sure sign it is time to say goodbye.

For those of you who have been watching along with me on Babylon 5, I do hope you'll continue watching the series, as it is a fantastic show. I plan to keep watching it, just without the stress of needing to organize and write down my thoughts on it. Although I would love to chat with you about the series if you are still interested. Feel free to poke me over on Tumblr (the link is to the right). My ask box is always open.

For those of you who follow my exploits with yarn, feel free to add me to your friends list on Ravelry (link to the right), I do keep my projects updated there. (Those are also on my Tumblr, but as it is mostly fandom related with yarn mixed in, I do not recommend you following me over there specifically for that purpose unless you are well-versed in Tumblr Savior).

My fan fiction, if anyone is interested, will be posted at my Archive of Our Own (AO3) account (link also to the right).

Thank you so very much to everyone who has been with me on this journey. I know it has been a random ride, but it means more to me than you know that you were along with me on it nonetheless.

I hope that 2013 brings luck and joy and happiness to all of you.

Thank you again.
